Story #1…are you ready to age like a champion?

Here is Joan’s Story:

I would like to take you on a journey. A journey that starts in your imagination and that leads you to a place that is so much better than where you are today.

Picture yourself a year from now visiting with your friends at the beach, or your colleagues at work. Everyone standing around you and you begin to notice something very different than before. They are all attracted to you. Not necessarily in a physical or romantic sense, but in a way that makes both them and you feel really good on the inside. It might even be giving you goose bumps right now as you consider the possibility.

Imagine what it would be like if you could actually make this happen. For now, just imagine the possibility of committing yourself for one year to the process of creating a leaner, fitter, and healthier body and mind. Can you recall what that body you used to know feels like? I bet you can! If you can, that means it’s possible. And when you create it, you become an incredibly powerful magnet for good things in your life.

Over the few months I will take you on a journey one email and blog post at a time. Each of these stories will inspire you to at least consider the possibility of experiencing the benefits others have after working with us here at The Fitness Nomad for 6 months to a year.

Each person has a different story to share, and they are all inspiring, interesting, funny, touching, and worth watching and reading about, even if you don’t ever have any intention of working with me.

People like you already know that exercising regularly and eating right are important for good health. You might even have your own story to share about how fitness and nutrition have helped transform your life.

The question for you today is whether you truly feel that you have achieved everything that is possible in your pursuit of peak fitness, and a healthier more balanced life. If not, I encourage you to pay close attention to the stories I plan to share with you over the next two months. And if you just can’t wait that long, they will all be posted (within a few weeks from the date of this post) in a specific category on the my blog site titled: “The Journey”

These stories will take both of us on a journey together. If at any point you feel compelled to share your thoughts and insights, I encourage you to do that in the comments section at the end of each post. And if you are interested in spending some time with me to discuss the possibility of working with you, please feel free to reach out to me directly. I would love to hear from you. There is no obligation and no cost to do this, and I promise you that all I will ask during your time with me is for you to be open, honest, and courageous. We can decide from that conversation what the next best step might be for you.

My full contact information (including my cell phone number) is listed below. Call me at the studio, or on my cell phone any time, and if you’re not able to reach me in person, just leave me a message and I’ll call you back as soon as I can.

In the mean time, I look forward to the journey and to the possibilities that are paths may in fact cross in the very near future…

Take care,
John
